Terms

Draft for review. Last updated October 1, 2026.

What it is

Wake the Fred Up places automated calls with an AI voice to the phone number you verify, at the times you choose. By turning on calls you agree to receive them at that number. Say "stop" on a call or turn calls off in the app at any time.

What it is not

It is a wake-up aid, not a guarantee. Calls can fail because of your phone, your carrier or an outage. Do not rely on it alone for anything where oversleeping could cause harm. It is not an emergency or medical service.

Fair use

Use it only for your own phone number. Do not use it to call anyone else.
